Transport Department Overview

Our college has a fully functional transportation department that handles the daily commutes of our staff, faculty, and day scholars. This department ensures that all off-campus commuters have access to adequate and well-managed bus services.

The number of buses is flexible and can be increased based on student enrollment. The department ensures that these services are secure, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Bus routes and pickup/drop-off points are planned based on the number of students in each area. Buses currently operate from Vinukonda, Marturu, Sattenapalli, Piduguralla, A. Muppalla, and other nearby locations. Additionally, the college's location provides easy access to public transportation.

Using college transport is optional. Pickup points are finalized based on route feasibility and the convenience of the majority. Transport services are provided free of cost to staff members.

Rules & Regulations of Transport Department

General Guidelines

Transport Facility is provided on a payment basis for Day Scholars and is centrally managed by the College Administration.
The facility is optional and valid for the entire academic session, allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.
All transport-related decisions, including permissions and disputes, rest solely with the Principal, MAMWEC, Narasaraopet.

Usage and Conduct

Students must carry their College ID and Bus Pass while traveling.
Boarding must be done only at assigned bus stops.
The College reserves the right to inspect vehicles and personal belongings at any time, on or off campus.
Misconduct or indiscipline may result in withdrawal of transport privileges.

Responsibility and Safety

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. The College is not liable for any loss or theft.
Buses follow pre-determined routes, which may change as per College discretion.
Traveling without payment will result in a fine of ₹1000 for the first offense; repeat offenses may incur full semester fees in addition to the fine.

Identity Cards and Passes

Students must carry their Transport ID Card (Bus Pass) and show it on request.
Lost or stolen ID Cards can be reissued on payment of ₹100.
Bus passes are non-transferable. Misuse will lead to cancellation of the pass and revoked transport privileges.

Route and Access

Route changes must be formally requested. Unauthorized changes will face disciplinary action.
Hostel students are not allowed to use College transport unless officially permitted in writing.

Disciplinary Measures

Any damage to transport property must be compensated by the student(s), along with possible disciplinary action.
Misbehavior, ragging, theft, or use of abusive language in the bus will result in strict punishment or legal action.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, ragging, or assault in buses or on campus will result in immediate dismissal.

Behavior in Transit

Loud music, hooting, singing, clapping, or shouting is prohibited. Use of earphones is allowed.
Celebrations such as Friendship Day, Birthdays, Valentine’s Day, New Year, Holi, etc., are not allowed on College buses. Violations will be punished with fines.
